Golden Moon Milk

Golden milk has been used in the Ayurvedic tradition.  Ayurvedic means "knowledge of life," and it's one of the oldest holistic health remedies dating back 3000 years.  It's an elixir that is most often made with turmeric, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and then added to milk.  One of the things that makes Golden Milk so popular today is that plant based milks also blend well with the golden spices, and that Turmeric is a natural anti-inflammatory supplement.  The other benefit to Golden Milk is most mixtures generally are caffein free, and the adaptogen properties of the spice combined with warm milk makes this an ideal bed time cup of dreamy goodness.

Our Enchanted Golden Moon Milk is made from scratch!  We've put our own spin on it by adding organic Coconut Milk Powder.  Not only for the added nutritional benefits, but because we wanted it to be extra rich and creamy.  We recommend heating it with your favorite milk for the best flavor.  We lightly sweeten our Moon Milks with organic unrefined coconut sugar, but you can custom order in advance if you would prefer you Golden Moon Milk to be sugar free.  Just contact us before ordering and we will do our best to make you happy.

Our Golden Milk is blended with whole ground spices, and the spices.  You will find that some of the spices will settle at the bottom of your mug.  Frothing is recommended.
