Lavender Honey
Mill Creek Apiary Lavender infused honey is made with organic lavender buds from Martha Lane Lavender in Sequim, Washington. The lavender buds are slightly pressed to release oils, then steeped in the honey for about a month, then strained. This infusion is a customer favorite, and is delicious in tea, or even drizzled over fresh baked salmon as it comes out of the oven. Yumm!
