Collection: Floral Infused Sugars

Enchanted Mixtures invites you to taste our floral infused sugars.   We use naturally dried culinary edible flowers, and add just the perfect amount to sugar for a delicate floral flavor and aroma.  Our rose sugar is made using organic cane sugar and rose petals certified organic by Oregon Tilth.  We offer both Organic lavender sugar, and regular white cane sugar infused with with our own Oregon grown culinary lavender flowers. 

Sugar infused with edible flowers has a variety of uses.  They can be used to sweeten teas, or used in baked goods like cookies and cakes.  Sprinkle on oatmeal, yogurt, or ice cream.  You can also use it for dusting pastries, crepes, frosting, and cookies.
